Whole-home renovation

West Metro Townhome Remodel

The owner found a townhome in a location they loved and asked us to update an interior that hadn’t changed since it was built. We opened the kitchen and living spaces and carried the remodel through the bathrooms, laundry and interior finishes.

An open kitchen and entertainment area

We removed two large load-bearing walls and replaced them with structural beams to create an open kitchen and entertainment area. The island, dining table and living space now connect across the main floor.

There’s room to cook, sit at the island or set the table while staying part of the conversation. Custom painted cabinets, quartz countertops and a glazed subway-tile backsplash give the kitchen a bright, finished look.

Updated bathrooms and a practical laundry room

The bathrooms received new finishes, quartz vanity tops and an updated shower enclosure. Wood vanities add warmth, and the glass shower door keeps the room feeling open.

In the laundry room, custom cabinetry and a quartz counter provide storage and a place to set things down beside the appliances. Carrying the work into these everyday rooms made this a full townhome remodel.

Finishing the home from windows to trim

We replaced the windows and patio doors with Marvin Ultimate products. Inside, solid-core two-panel doors and tall painted poplar base trim give the rooms a clean, consistent finish.

New luxury vinyl plank flooring runs through the home, and the work included an added sound barrier between units. These details complete the renovation around the new layout, giving the owner an updated home in the location they wanted.
